Our Journey-How We Became The Dreammakers
The name “The Dreammakers” often piques curiosity, as people sense there’s a compelling story behind it.
And indeed, there is. Here’s how it all began.
The Genesis of The Dreammakers
The story starts in 2009 when my first serious relationship, which lasted almost three years, ended. From age 18 to 21, I was deeply in love with someone I believed to be “The One”.
But life has a way of changing us, and our relationship became a part of my past.
I thought she was the one for me!
The Power of Memories and Photos
People change, but photos don’t.
Our perspective on these images and the memories they hold can evolve over time, reflecting our changing thoughts and feelings. Yet, the photos themselves remain constant.
This photo really reminds me of that era.
My Personal Journey
In search of freedom and adventure, I decided to travel. Leaving behind my relationship, I explored Europe, which ignited my passion for photography.
Traveling solo, I never felt lonely; I met incredible people and captured their stories through my lens.
You can see some of these moments from my travels here. I even kept a journal of my thoughts and emotions, which I hope to turn into a book someday.
The Return and New Beginnings
Returning home to Greece in 2011 to complete my studies, I also served in the army.
It was during this period that I realized the need to find a meaningful direction in life.
A pivotal moment came in 2015 when I visited Mt. Athos and found serenity and courage among the monks.

Discovering Wedding Photography
2015 was also the year I shot my first wedding. The experience was exhilarating.
Being part of such a significant day for a couple, helping ease their stress while capturing beautiful moments, was profoundly fulfilling.

Then, something extraordinary happened—I was asked to photograph my first destination wedding.
A lovely Romanian couple invited me to capture their wedding in Thassos. It was then I realized this was my dream job.
A Dream Realized
In 2009, I dreamt of marrying the love of my life in a unique setting—just the two of us, my brother as a witness, on a moving iceberg amidst a sea of icebergs.
After the ceremony, we laid on the ice, watching the sun set. I even wrote a poem about that dream.
The Birth of The Dreammakers
As I discovered, many young couples today seek unique and expressive weddings.
For some, their dreams lead them to Greece, and that’s where we come in. Our mission is simple: We turn your wedding dreams into reality. We capture your dream moments through stunning photography and videography.
Choosing “The Dreammakers” as our name was instinctive. When one of my companions suggested it, it resonated deeply. I followed my gut, and it has guided us ever since.
