Wedding Planner
The Dreammakers are looking for an agreeable, outgoing personality to join our team as a Wedding Planner for summer season (May-October).
We are a well established tourism and arts company of 3-4 people based and operating in North Greece. Since 2017 we have planned and captured more than 60 weddings on Thassos and other islands, and we are growing our numbers and expanding year by year.
This position offers you a unique opportunity to live and work on a Greek island (Thassos) as well as sometimes travelling to other Greek islands and places (all costs are covered by us). You will help and eventually experience young couples in one of their most unforgettable and unique day of their lives.
You will guide and help couples from the first day, to their dream wedding in Greece.
You will be communicating, writing and speaking, in Romanian and English, explaining packages and options to potential customers, setting and satisfying customer requirements, drafting and modifying contracts and agreements, communicating with current and future vendors and suppliers, and acquiring offers from them.
In collaboration with our creative department, you will be creating promotional and marketing material to help promote and support our packages the whole year round.
Finally, you will be coordinating, supervising, and helping along with the rest of our team, the transportation and setting up of our decorations to the wedding venues, and ensure that everything runs smoothly. You will be welcoming the guests and couple to the venue, and ensure they have they magnificent experience they dream.

Optional
》University degree in Tourism, Communications, Economics, or Business Management.
》Past working experience in tourism, the Wedding industry, in customer service, or in sales.
》Some creative ability and taste, knowledge of design or decoration will be a plus.
》Greek language, or any other language.
》Car driving license and car.

Intern (Wedding Planner)

This position offers you a unique opportunity to live and work on a Greek island (Thassos) as well as sometimes travelling (all costs are covered by us). You will help our main planner to organize and keep track of weddings, clients, and enquiries.
